        I got my whole system done by this company when it was called Emergency AC two years ago, and they have always been quick and effective.My AC stopped working last night later than when I thought they'd be answering phones but I was able to make an appointment for the next day.I was helped by Daniel Walker and another technician. They showed up on time, were respectful and kind, and it was just an issue where a wire got loose on the thermostat I installed. They fixed it quickly and I would def recommend using this company!Thank you for your help Silver Spur!

        This post is about the repair price, not the service person or visit. This company is now called Silver Spur Air. The service person was on site for 1 hour, 20 minutes. The service rep ended up replacing a very common part for the two outdoor units. The charge was exorbitant, given the two common replacement parts and time to complete the installation. Your company can make a nice/fair profit without charging exorbitant prices/rates. This is the first time and last time that I use this company due to the exorbitant repair price/rates.
