1st Moment Flowers

I needed an arrangement that was non toxic to cats. The people working here had no idea that some flowers/plants are toxic to domestic animals. I was trying to see if they could work with me in creating an arrangement that was safe for my friend that has cats. Since they had to work a bit harder and not do their typical thing, the person talking to me got really impatient and snappy. Really bad customer service if you have special requests - they cant deal with it. Glad this happened because I found another florist that was educated on the matter and helped create a cat safe arrangement and had great customer service.

I placed an order last minute for same-day delivery on a Saturday. The owner called me directly and informed me that some of the flowers were not available that day for the arrangement that I chose and offered alternative flowers that would be just as lovely. Its understandable that flowers may not be in stock for same-day delivery, so I really appreciate it that they took the time to communicate this with me and together A beautiful custom alternative that was even bigger and more eye catching than my original order!!!! when the bouquet was completed, she called and texted me a photo so I could see exactly how it turned out before it was delivered!!!! I hundred percent recommend using their services!!!

I was looking for a custom arrangement but did not schedule ahead online, and found this precious flower boutique while in the area. Ann, was extremely kind and helpful with making the magic happened for me. She not only made the beautiful custom arrangement within my budget range, but also exceeded my expectations with her work and not a long wait time at all. The bouquet left me in awe, and Ann portrays her talent through her work. Not only was it a beautiful bouquet, it delivered so many positive emotions through her hand picked arrangement! My photos probably dont do her enough justice, but I love them!! Highly recommend and will be back for more .

I used this florist to have flowers delivered to a funeral and had a seamless experience. I selected the flowers from their website and the flowers looked just as beautiful in person.
