        Had an urgent matter - a chipped front tooth, which I explained prior to making the appointment. When I arrived, they were more concerned with my purchasing a membership than fixing my tooth. I wasn't there to establish future care, yet they kept hounding me. The (one) dentist works on several patients simultaneously... so you wait. When it was finally my turn, the dentist was shocked that I wanted it fixed that day. Are you kidding me? SmileNotSoWell is more like it...
