I needed a new home cleaner as I moved to a new area in Austin and my house cleaner of 7 years couldn't go this far. I called It's Cleaning Time and explained my unique needs of not needing a standard clean but a more customized approach and I'm fussy. I was reassured that the perfect cleaner would be sent to my house next week. I did appreciate the cleaning confirmation two days before and the on-time arrival day of the cleaning, but I do not have positive feedback about this company outside of that. I asked the cleaner to do a deep clean in the guest bathroom and my son's bedroom and bathroom as we moved into a newly built home two months ago. While the entire house has been cleaned multiple times weekly I know sawdust can linger and hide. Skip to that evening after the cleaner leaves I find sawdust in both bathroom cabinets, visibly all over, as soon as I open the cabinets including the hinges and the shelves. I had to re-clean both bathrooms and the bedroom knowing it clearly was not cleaned let alone "deep cleaned". Despite asking for the blanket in the dryer to go on my bed after she changed the sheets it was left in the dryer. The spare set of sheets was left in the washer not dried or folded - again more work for me to do. Lastly, she left the dirty pillowcases on the pillows, but changed the flat and fitted sheets. This is a "cleaner"?? Upon canceling my service the following week I was told she "cleaned" for four hours but I was only charged for three hours. Ummm $160 to have to re-do 90% of everything is not a deal. It was a waste of my time and money. Nice enough people, but overallI I do not recommend this company. The only time "It's Cleaning Time" was for me after shelling out a lot of money!
