Round Rock Honda

Had a disappointing experience at Honda round rock dealership. We went in seriously interested in buying a car, but it felt like they werent interested in selling one. The sales team was extremely rigid on the pricethere was absolutely no room for negotiation, even for a reasonable offer.What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of working with us or showing any effort to make a deal happen, they came across as if they were doing us a favor by letting us consider the car. Its frustrating when you walk in ready to make a purchase and feel like the dealership just doesnt care.Definitely not the kind of customer experience youd expect when making a big purchase like a car. We ended up walking away, and I wouldnt recommend this place if you value respectful, fair, and engaging service.

ASK FOR ADE!! I was in this biz does 20 years and I am very particular on how things need to be. I looked for a van for 2 years and this man made me an owner. Round rock Honda and my sales guy, Ade Ige bent over backwards to put a deal together. I got $5000 more for my trade than anywhere else and made me the deal of a lifetime on a new Odyssey. The market is all over the place right now with inventory and availability and yes, car dealerships need to make money, yes, they can be expensive if you don't come prepared with your financing information, credit, and all the paperwork, but through the process, Lee was informative, kept me updated with the service and maintenance for presale, and I was in and out of the dealership. Easy process, great team, transparent on the documents, service records, and timing.
