Understaffed and working staff are inefficient. Seems like a management issue.

This Wells Fargo location not professional when it comes to the timing on your schedule appointments. I had an appointment I showed up waited over 10 minutes to get the help and they tell me that if I waited another 10 minutes then theyll be with me whats the point of making an appointment? Why do they even have appointments? that started in Covid All that stuff went away just get to work people.

Whats the point of opening at 9 if your registers/ you arent ready?? Not to mention the window being closed due to short staff. Its not the staffs fault they are just really really short staffed and need help but its becoming really inconvenient

The teller was fantastic, but they didnt have anyone to talk to about the credit card I have with them, or the overdraft fees I shouldnt have been charged. They just gave me a phone number and said good luck. Again, the teller was super sweet and fantastic, but frustrating the location cant actually handle banking related issues.
