        I guess I just dont understand. Ive only been to one of these discount places a couple of times. I understand they are primarily in poverty stricken areas but that doesnt make it ok for them to sell second hand items for the same price or less the the major brands. Walmart is normally within walking or Uber. Yes you may say cant afford Uber or taxi but the savings at Walmart or a HEB or market basket will cover the cost and deliver you better value and food quality and save money.. I only post this cause I had a tooth pulled and needed something quick ( Gauze ). Got it and walked around and was amazed at the over priced junk that they sell. Randy
