Plaza At Chase Oaks Apartments

THE APTS. ARE OK.. MANAGEMENT ON THE OTHER HAND IS A NIGHTMARE!! THEY ARE VERY VERT RUDE. ASSISTANT MANAGER ( HELEN) AND MANAGER (STEPHANIE) NEED TO TAKE AN ATTITUDE TEST. BOTH ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I'M JUST WONDERING WHERE DID THEY FIND THESE CHARACTERS?!!! THEY HAVE A N EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING..THEY CAN'T WALK AND CHEW GUM!! THIS IS MY OPINION AND I'VE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR.

I dont even live here but I had to deliver food and found that the elevator has been out of inspection for over a year. Not great.

It's a nice place, maintenance crue is taking care of things when they have parts in stock... The place also offers some activities - a good thing. On the negative side, the gates are always open, and lately a homeless person is seen on the grounds, and even swimming in the pool...

Lived here for 2 months. Sewage backed up into my apartment. Clean up should have been done in a few weeks. They sent a maid in, tried to have me move back in. Had to get City Inspector and file a lawsuit to get them to follow regulations for clean up. Moved after 4 months of it will be done next week. Terrible bullying of older residents telling them they will evict if they request repairs. Do not rent if Sunchase American manages any property you are considering.
