Nader is EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of. You will call him constantly only for him to call you back DAYS LATER to let us know he "doesn't work for us". Very rude and unprofessional. He never gave a clear answer to any questions. Telling us the money got held up, so on and so forth. We only got a fraction of what the house was actually worth.
Just no.

Actually a Terrible company. They preyed upon my Step-Mother Trying to our house after my father died. They Offered Less than Half of what the house was worth, and was very unprofessional the entire time. Nader Never answers the phone and the Mailbox is always full. We had to call Multiple times at Multiple different Hours to try to get some answers after "The money was held Up" somewhere. When I Did Get Him to Answer the phone, he was very rude. Telling me that he "Didn't work for me" and that he "had a company to run" I wasn't rude or anything but i did have to call about 20 times just to get some answers to when the money was coming. I apologize but I really don't recommend this company.
Furthermore, when the notary was sent out to get papers signed (for 3 different parties) they all called Me, even though i don't even live in the same city as the property being sold and every single notary called me multiple times asking for directions and such.
It was all very Unprofessional. Given i had to call so much i can understand why he may have blown his top, but i wouldn't have had to call so much if i could have left a message on a machine or even with a receptionist or assistant or something.
good luck to anyone who has to deal with Nader.
the house sold for 42,000 and i only got 2,500
