We do not gouge our great customers. Never have. Never will. Our pricing reflects careful consideration of our highly trained staff (10.3 yrs avg experience and 14 employees), overhead costs, and, yes, a reasonable business margin. We've been in business for 25 years, are fully insured and bonded, and we're proud to be part of The Good Contractor List, offering up to $10,000 in coverage to ensure satisfactory work. We maintain an A+ rating with the BBB. All of our quotes include replacing the glass with the exact same, high-performance, high-quality glass that was in the original windows. This is an area that competitors may cut corners and install lower performing, less expensive glass. We've assessed over 100 homes this week, striving for prompt and accurate service as many homeowners were understandably eager to receive their quotes. Therefore, it is possible that we could have made a mistake. If the neighbor would like to contact our office, we would be happy to review the quote for accuracy. We've also reached out to the reviewer, directly, with a thoughtful and sincere email to address their concerns, yet they opted to post a critical review. It's unfortunate when reviews attempt to malign our integrity without substantiated facts, especially when claiming we exploit specific community demographics.
