We are repeat customers and had excellent service when Dave was running his business. A portion of our steel siding was rusting and called to have that section replaced. On Sept 6, Warren, the son now running the business, came out and said he would get us an estimate. Two weeks later I called and LVM regarding still waiting for estimate. Two days later I got a call and was told when Warren comes in she would give him the message. A week later I called again and LVM that we still had not heard back. As of today, I still have not heard back from Warren. It is not as if we were "thinking" about replacing the section, but were going to replace it. At this time, I called Jones & Associates who came out and were more that happy & willing to replace and warranty the section needing replaced. They are here today doing just that. They have definitely earned our respect & business.

Ultra Exteriors installed siding and an overhang cover on my home here in Lubbock. The job was done very timely, the workers were great craftsman and the siding is top quality. We are very pleased and recommend this company to anyone thinking about home improvement.
