We had the best buying experience working with Patrick! Great communication and prompt responses, which is sooo important in a crazy market. He answered all of our questions and helped us all the way to closing. We will 100% use him again if we buy or sell a house in the future!

Where do we start? We met Patrick in September 2022? We were moving my husband to Shreveport for his work, so we were in Longview in passing. (Lived in Houston) We connected early morning and he said he could show us some houses in a couple hours after talking and again the next day. I think we went again a couple of weeks later to see some houses, and when we couldnt be present, Patrick went out of his way to do a walk through and record a video of the home for us. We saw so many! The communication was phenomenal. We didnt know him and he didnt know us, but we became friends with him during and after this entire process. Heck! Hes already sold us our home and he still reaches out to see how were doing! Hes very personable, knowledgeable, and direct. We finally purchased our home in February 2023 , Patrick made that happen and were so grateful for him. We were under a contingent offer since October and he was extremely patient with our ups and downs throughout this mess. We wouldnt use any other realtor, but him out here in east Texas. But we are a little bias, hes the best!!!

I recently used pat to help me find the perfect house. He was always available when I had questions and walked me through the entire process effortlessly. From finding the house to putting in the offer and then getting me to closing it was easy and stress free mostly because he was always there to answers questions and keep me updated on everything going on. 10/10 would recommend !
