We were referred to Chad and Michael of CMG Financial after been denied loan by another lender and I must say, it was a blessing. Unlike the previous lender, CMG team was very detailed and took out time to work on our applications with us to make sure we got approved. If I could give this team 10 stars, I would! Chad was recommended to us by our realtor a few months before we decided to start looking for a home to purchase. We began our homebuying process in February and just closed on our first home this month.
As a first time homebuyer, I felt confident with every step of the process. Any questions we had, they were swift with a response! I also want to highlight their App, where I could sign on at anytime to see which stage we were in and if there were any outstanding documents needed to move to the next.
