        The location didn't have enough staff to drop me back at my office less than 5 miles from the location on Thursday so I told the employee I will make arrangements for a ride and she said okay. I showed up on Friday and the location was closed and there was sign saying they were going to be closing temporarily on the 11th and reopening many days after and to take returns to another store.

        I got here at 8am, and they said the system is not working, I booked a car and they said I didnt gosh, I showed them my email and confirmation and the phone number that called me and they were like ooh I have ur car it will take 10 mins its been an hour never use this place at all.EDITING!!! because Fransisco I cant remember his name well but the guy who is there today, went above and beyond to help me, he made sure everything was taken care of and I got the car I wanted, he took me drove me to another location to get this done, though I was really frustrated he did everything to make sure I left smiling he deserves to work in a better company with more structure the system was down when I left at 10am so am still giving one star but this guy deserves a recognition.
