        Heb worked with me to set up a rental on very short notice after my car broke down, even when they were short on vehicles and demand was very high due to tourist traffic from the eclipse. Despite the low supply, high demand, and my own lack of options, he still cut me a very good deal under the circumstances, and even gave me a partial refund back for an early return after my own car was repaired faster than expected. I would absolutely use Metro again if I ever need a rental.
