Yogasix Meyerland has become my home away from home. The instructors know how to make you feel comfortable, yoga was something new to me but now it is one of my favorite outlets. The community built within the studio can put a smile on your face instantly, even if you've never been to the studio, the members will instantly make you join in on a conversation or hop into a photo with them. This studio is like no other, it's a safe place

YogaSix Meyerland feels like a second home. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcomea great place to meet mindful people. They offer a variety of classes to choose from; if you like to chill and stretch, I recommend taking a restore class; if you want high-intensity strength training, go for sculpt & flow. It is so much fun! But if you are more like a yogi who likes to flow, try Hot yoga; yes, over 100 degrees there, a great wait to detox and calm the mind. They also have a slow flow, which I love ohh, they often offer sound bath workshops that are out of this world a must try. The place is clean and secure. The teachers are knowledgeable and will help you accomplish your goals. This place is freaking awesome

I have waited for a nice studio to open that was close to my home in Bellaire. This is a brand new studio with staff that are friendly and know what they are doing. there is always a welcoming face to greet you and help any newbies get started. You can choose from a wide variety of classes, anywhere from a relaxing slow stretch to a powerful workout. I never have felt intimidated with poses I'm not ready for,,, just encouraged.
