Today was the first time I've ever been to this location to buy my glycerin, propylene glycol, and nicotine. The girl at the counter was super welcoming, very nice, and helpful. They provided me with everything I need for my store, so 5 stars!

Figured I would try a different vendor for my glycerin products so ordered palm based glycerin, 500ml, from Glycerin Supplier. I chose "FedEx" shipping, they charge you for what most folks consider traditional fedex yet send it fedex ground. GS over charges for shipping. I know this because I do work in the package industry. GS also expected me to deal with the shipper, well GS holds the insurance on the parcel. I am unable to rate the vegetable glycerin "palm based" as I do not yet have it after 5 days of travel. What you "save" buying from this company for their products, you pay in inflated shipping costs. So I do NOT recommend buying from this company. This will be my last purchase from them. BTW that's $12 shipping for a $4 product. Steep for FedEx ground.
