In a word amazing. Came to see Chrystal to help with some joint pain and mobility issues I was having. After one session I noticed a big reduction in pain and increase in mobility. I have seen her 3 times now and what an incredible change. I can now continue to lift and exercise without any of the discomfort i was having.

I go to Crystal when I've overdone it and hurt something. She's amazing at helping heal injured muscles when I push my 47 year old body like it was 25 again. She worked a problem in my back that had me hurting for a week...was great. She got the muscles to stop spasming and relax so they could heal. If you have a problem and need help, she's it!

After struggling with a knee injury after the Houston Marathon. PT and steroid shots were not working. I found Crystal through friends and she was able to help me heal from the injury in just 4 sessions. Extremely professional and wonderful to work with. I still look for openings to go back for sustainment. Cant say enough about how much she helped me in my injury recovery!
