I recently had the pleasure of working with the Petro crew! I contacted the company and Gabriel, who is an account manager, promptly responded and set aside ample time in which to discuss the branding project. Immediately, I knew this is the best choice in Houston! The entire process was absolutely lovely. The team is very professional and knew exactly what I was looking for; they researched my website, read the copy, and then created a story based on factors that are most important to me. They took a few simple ideas of my own, crafted a story, and took what was an idea and made it into a tangible, amazing product! On the day of filming, the videographer was extremely easy going and made me feel comfortable. He was prepared, polite, though also very laid back and creative. I was nervous because being on film is not my forte, though he asked the interview questions in a way I could easily answer and was very patient with me. Afterward, the account manager followed up and gave me the opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Within a week, I received a rough draft of my film that was so amazing I could not believe it was called a "rough draft". The quality of the audio, storytelling, and the music is perfection! From the time I contacted Petro to seeing my final cut, it was less than two weeks! I cannot express how happy I am with the branding film. Not only did the team exceed my expectations but the experience itself could not have been any better! The full service production company is a dream to anyone looking for a dynamic representation of their business!
