I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Kayhani. He was very professional, caring, and he was very quick to assess my condition and find a treatment right away. There was a confusion in the pharmacy with the prescription I was given and he was super fast to resolve this issue and made sure I had the treatment I needed. Highly recommend him!

The staff and the doctor were very attentive during the visit. I feel like they really listened to our concerns. Dr. Keyhani explained everything to me where I could understand what was going on with my uncle. He also has great bedside manners! I greatly appreciate the wonderful experience we had at this office. I will be recommending our loved ones to this awesome doctor.

I hate to leave a horrible review because both Doctor Keyhani's are excellent docs and surgeons. Shortly after I became a patient, they joined UT Physicians. First, they DOUBLED their pricing, and now billing is a NIGHTMARE! In May of this year, I had my annual follow-up. It was a virtual visit and the last appointment for the day. They forgot I was in the queue. I waited until just before 5 pm and called the office. The PA was still there and was kind enough to stay and complete my visit. The office staff was gone by the time we finished, so the PA said they would send me a bill. They usually charge before a virtual visit. I wish they had because now it's a mess. I was billed for an in-office visit for a first-time patient, which is $83 more than it should have been. First, I called UT Billing to dispute it. The woman said that it was coded incorrectly and would get it adjusted. A couple of months go by, and I get a late notice. I called UT Billing back and was hung up on before speaking a word, so I called Dr. K's office. Gabby reviewed things on her end and stated that it was not billed correctly and that she would call the billing department. Fast forward a few weeks, and UT Billing is texting and calling me constantly. They are texting on the weekends as late as 9 pm! Today I called UT Billing back AGAIN! Only to be told that Dr. K's office denied my dispute. So, I called Gabby at Dr. K's office once again. She is going to have the office manager call me because it is clear I was not billed correctly. This has been going for six months now. As I said, the doctors are amazing, but the billing mess isn't worth the trouble.
