Came twice in a week sometime this year. Check-in online was efficient, and it let me know when to come in (they hold the room for 30 minutes). When I showed up, I gave my name and was called straight in. Dr. Tang was attentive and open to my perspective/feedback/experiences/concerns, and I felt listened to and cared for. I would come again, and if Dr. Tang ever moves elsewhere, I'd love for her to be my PCP. If you can, I recommend checking in online to make things easier, but check-in in person seemed quick. The waiting room was roomy, and there was plenty of parking.

I recently visited after being in a car accident and asked the receptionist, nurse, xray technician and nurse practitioner to see the doctor. Each said yes but I never was permitted to see the doctor. The nurse practitioner made multiple errors in the medical report, ordered incomplete xrays and refused to correct the report. She wrote that my symptoms that I just described had ended, but I had just told her. I called later and the call center said the nurse practitioner would call back but she never did.
