Had to ask to speak with the doctor in private multiple times opposed to speaking with the MA/N? staff in the front lobby. Was taken to the back promptly, wasnt advised on my blood pressure, and my oxygen levels was not checked at all. When taken into the patient room the MA didnt close the door, when the doctor came in to talk to me and get a run down on my reason for visiting SHE DID NOT CLOSE THE DOOR. I had to ask her several times to close the door before she actually closed the door. At the end of my visit she said for me to visit my PCP I informed her that she is my PCP. her response was This is an urgent care visit, Im not your PCP Ive never seen you before However this has been my PCP since 2019 when Lisa Cashiola was the NP. I do not feel properly cared for now. I know its impossible to know every single patient but thats what medical charts are for. Whatever my rant is over.

I had an outstanding experience at Memorial Family & Urgent Care Clinic. The staff's warm and attentive approach, along with their efficient and prompt treatment, truly impressed me. The exceptional personnel, from medical professionals to administrative staff, worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. I must say that the service that was rendered by the employee's at Memorial Family Houston was exceptional from the time I entered the building I felt welcomed.The whole staff were extremely nice and professional I felt like I was in the best hands possible. The entire team has genuine concern for their patients well-being was evident I felt they truly care about my health and confort. I would recomend that, if you have a medical issue, visit this location great Medical Staff.

No urgency nor care provided. Went in for a sports injury to the hand. After paying and waiting, I was referred out for x-rays which was a separate cost and I had to call back and forth several times between this facility and where the x-rays were done to get the results. 2 days after being seen I was told I have a fractured hand and was referred to the ER for a splint because they "don't do that" at this urgent care. Would not rely on this place.
