Experienced their excellent service on a trip more 10 years ago to Israel, with my Church group every experience was very memorable and life changing.

There is a woman named Jean Campbell out of Houston that works for this agency and she is absolutely rude! Tried to assist her with a booking once and she immediately had an attitude and was very condensing. Hey Jean, OneSource is avail if you're in such a hurry. I dont understand how you even have clients with such an unpleasant demeanor. Try being nice, it will get you alot further.

I booked a group reservation for several passengers (air travel only) for travel last month. Upon arrival at the airport, we were notified by the airline agent that our flight was cancelled. When I inquired why there was no notification, the agent told me the booking agent (Lisa at Frosch) was notified as she was the only point of contact on the reservation for changes (such as cancellations). This was very disappointing as if she was the only point of contact (not myself), I would have expected her to let me know before we arrived at the airport so we could make alternative plans. As such, I had to rebook our flight, and as a result lost out on out of pocket expenses for our prepaid Vrbo, rental cars, etc. Upon our return, I reached out to Lisa to get an explanation, and after one week still have had no response. I cannot recommend Frosch, especially when they do not have the common curtesy to at least respond back on what happened with our reservation.
