I called them because they towed a van illegally and also messed up the suspension of the van, one of them first tried to remember which van it was and when he did he just said "REALLY?, You want to file a claim on that piece of shit" and started raising his voice as if I was a man with all type of disrespectful words. One of the guys from our business tried to talk to him and asked him why he spoke to me that way he said "I don't give a fuck who it is" and he threatened him saying "Pull up". As an owner of a towing truck and also the business owner THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. We are also a business and our customers matter/come first but they do not care about the customer's service only about the money and illegal stuff. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

Mr. Herrada-Rosales, the guy who towed our car, literally pushed the gas pedal further when he saw us running after our car. Great job! You earned it. What a descent man you are making us humilated in front of our neighbors. We parked our car for 10 minutes inside our complex area to drop off grocerries and planned to leave again. Got back and we saw the tow truck is driving away. Shame.

Racketeering scandal. We parked in a lot with a single small dine in customers only sign, we dined at the establishment. The closest four parking spots to the restaurant had reserved parking signs, the other 15 spots in our row had nothing of the sort. We parked 6 spots over from the reserved spots. We ate dinner and returned to find a literal angry mob because this racket had stolen ever single vehicle in the lot.

They changed a flat tire for me. They were there in about 15 minutes. Great company, professional and they were very nice. I will definitely be calling them again.
