Road Express Net

Filed for roadside assistance through my insurance. They called and asked me where I was parked and gave an ETA of 1 to 1.5 hours. Waited 1 hour. Called for update and they stated they canceled the tow on their end but would not give an explanation why. Told me toncall insurance company and reschedule.

DON'T USE (avoid if all possible) 30 minutes became 2 hours. Guy showed up to pick up Volvo to take to dealership. He was not able to drop off. He informed us that he would take to storage. He did NOT! He took my vehicle to his house., he dropped off almost at 1pm the next day. The storage place of of Fairmont Road express Net does NOT care about your vehicle and he said call police report stolen if you want. Called numerous times and super strong Indian accent guy was extremely rude and the most unfriendly and unprofessional individual I've ever dealt with. No cares given at all... you are better off paying more and getting alot more than just a nasty attitude.

Business has bad reviews already. You would think they would try to do better but they dont care. As long as they make money they dont care about customer service.

I wouldnt give no stars but I had to post this review. I called my warranty company for a tow. This company selected the request for service. I immediately read the reviews and I knew then I was going to have some issues. I waited for three hours and decided to cancel and find someone else through the warranty company. The driver called me like 50 times he even FaceTime me. Well I have a block on my phone and missed the calls. The driver then texted and asked if he was needed. My response was I have been waiting three hours any day now. He texted back and said oh really and he is not coming. I advised that I was cancelling anyways. This company is very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. All honesty they shouldnt be in operation. Im glad I cancelled and rescheduled with another company that came in 30 minutes vs 3 hours.
