@11:22pm 3/8/23 Oman provided excellent timely service , my vehicle broke down on the way home from work at 4 pm. I contacted my insurance provider to let them know I would need assistance . The towing service that my insurance provider initially assigned the call to did not show up. After numerous calls to my insurance provider and waiting 6 1/2 hours for assistance my request was reassigned to A Best Towing LLC. They arrived on scene in 30 minutes and did not waste anytime loading my vehicle up on their truck and giving me a lift all the way back to Katy Tx.. if you ever get in a jam and need quality towing services A Best Towing is the best choice to make..

Absolutely terrific towing service. I was stranded Roadside on a Sunday and needed special equipment for the tow. My insurance company provides towing but we had to call off two prior companies as they did not have the proper equipment. Omar was only dispatching that day for A best towing services and he actually called me to inquire about the situation, advise me as to what equipment was necessary, and then, on a Sunday, went into the shop to get a proper truck and bring it out himself to help me. He took my vehicle with a broken ball joint and the front left wheel flopping around to the auto shop and in sure they had the proper equipment to jack my vehicle up and prevent further damage. Really outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. And did I mention this all happened on a Sunday? very impressive.

My car had all 4 tires taken in the middle of the night and left on bricks. Omar was kind and professional and called me ahead of time to let me know he would pick up 4 replacements to get my car towed. Omar is a blessing and I am happy to have such a gentleman help me out in my time of need.
