I called him and he was very polite and he stated he can come to Sams club and see it and if he was not able to help me he was not going to charge me. But he explained everything how he can move my car. Was very affordable everything very professional and knew what he was doing. I ask how many years he said 23 years. And very true the way he did everything.

Initially I was told it was a 30 minute wait as I was less than 3 miles away from this location. I waited an hour to call them back. It took 3 more phone calls and a half hour to pass before someone called me back. I was told by a driver the original drivers truck broke down and they would arrive in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later I get a call from another driver saying it will be an hour wait. These guys are clearly willing to give you the run around.
