Armada Towing

Isais A was dispatched to me by AAA told me he was going to wait 5 min for me to confirm documentation got in his truck and skirted off as if the police was chasing him. He left me stranded with no explanation and no help. I would not recommend this towing service.

I called them because my truck had 3 flat tires and the lady said that they were very busy and they couldn't help me ,she didn't offer me any other options, she just hung up the phone

I contacted AAA to have a bike transported to New Caney from Houston Tx. AAA informed me that they would cover 500 in towing fees, Armada Towing then contacted me and said I would also have to pay 150 out of pocket for a total of 650 dollars. I declined the service and found a company that would tow for 85 dollars without AAA. While tow companies are entitled to make a profit. A motorcycle trailer cost less than the towing price quoted by Armada Towing. This company is simply trying to capitalize of what they assume is an emergency. 650 dollars to go 40 miles is DISGUSTING for a 400lbs bike.

This Armada doesn't teach this driver to be courteous, bad manners.This towing company need respect and be professional with their jobs for what they do , only a few that using their head , the rest thinks God need them ,and give them job. ,This is the 2nd time I'm run into this tow truck driver doesn't care or Armada towing company doesn't care , either park in the middle of the road at residential of both way street blocking of residence of passage way or speeding ,or damage customer suspension by towing improper loading , this should not be happening with Armada towing company representing Houston unprofessional service
