AAA call and All American Towing to the rescue (for the 3rd time in over 10 years). I trust AAA to take care of me and they always send me the best. I tried to put in my request on the app, pretty easy, and explained everything as the request progressed. I was assigned All American (again?) cool. Got a call from Dispatch and a Text from Technician assigned to me from All American. Admitedly, none-emergency battery dead call, so Thursday around 11am - got a tech (Tango) to me withing 1/2 hour; listened to my sad story; troubleshot the battery (on it's last leg); then the alternator (good); to me that with the issues explained, better to follow up with my mechanic as well. Put in a battery; got me an electronic invoice via email, and Tango was on his way. All American, you have the kindest; experienced battery tech's always. Thank you again, and keep up the great work - make sure you give Tango a shout out for his work with me... :) Thank you.

Biggest scam ever! I was assigned to them by AAA and they told me it would be 20 minutes. I spoke to them and told them I was on my way to airport and I would miss my flight if they will be later than that and to let me know if they cant be there I agreed time. They assured me that they will be there in 20 min. 1.5 hours later I had to call another company who came within 5 minutes and American towing NEVER shows up! I would not recommend them at all
