H&R Block

I come to h&r block told they booked except on 12 I get here early at 11:45 hoping to get this done quickly I sign in lady at the front desk tells me it take 10 to 15 min on 5he wait time I been here for almost 30 min now and still waiting I thought this would be a quick process but it feels insanely longer than it should don't say 10 to 15 min you should tell us about a hr and a half on the wait time maybe 2hr I'm sure they can do taxes efficiently but plz speed up the process we all have lives I rather not waste my only day off to live at h&r block so why when I call yall say we only have the 12:00 open to Me that just sounds silly I get here early and it's not based on appointments because I'm here at 12:00 it's almost 1:00 yall should have told me the 1:00 is available but you have to sign in when you get here or be waiting longer plz hurry this up

H&R Block is very knowledgeable, they are also very expensive. My return was going to be complicated this year (2021) and H&R Block helped, but holy mother of God did they charge for it. An expensive lesson for me. In 2022, my taxes were more simple and therefore cheaper.
