Canceled my surgery last minute (day before)for no good reason. I can't fly for a month after surgery so i had to rearrange my flying schedule and now I am out many thousands of dollars because of this for no good reason.

My experience has always been a positive one at this facility. Nurses and anesthesia personnel are always wonderful and concerned for your comfort. Only downside is wait time to get in for procedure after you've been ready for over an hour. C. Gibson

Be aware and prepare to wait for a loooong time (well over an hour) after you arrive 15min early for your scheduled appointment. No consideration nor respect for patients time.

The surgery center and its staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, my husband had to have back surgery and they determined the benifits from the insurance company a month prior instead of 24-48 hours before the procedure. On the day of surgery, they told us that our portion we owed was roughly $700 that had to be paid in order to have the surgery. Basically I have been fighting with their billing company for over 4 months in trying to get our money back because our insurance company paid them in full. At this point, we are still fighting in getting the money that is owed to us back.
