        Dr. Richard Francis butchered my mothers back. She has never recovered from her surgery, her back has continuously gotten worse. She has never NOT had pain! I feel as if she was better off before. She was in desperate need to fix her broken back, and he assured he could do it. In my opinion you are no doctor, youd be better off at being a meat butcher. I honestly cant believe people continue to put their trust in you.. You sent her flowers, and fired her as a patient. What doctor does that? Did you feel as if flowers, made up for the hack job you did? How cheap and heartless honestly.

        Retired Houston Police Officer. Major spin injury on duty. Dr Francis came highly recommended. Surgery was successful. The worker compensation representative told me ALL the people Dr. Francis operated on had a successful outcome. She was referring to 100's people.

        Absolute worst place! DO NOT LET THIS DOCTOR WORK ON YOUR SPINE! I went for an appointment waited 2 hours. Then they sent me to another floor for an MRI spent another 2 hours for the M. R. I with sent back down to the doctor's office was told i would get a call back for another appointment to go over the M. R. I Well, that was in 2021 and I still haven't heard back. Thankfully i'm moved on pretty fast. Update: Now that i have left a negative review, your office has been calling, texting and emailing me. I should have done this in 2021! I wouldn't let this doctor ever come near my spine! Do Not contact me again!

        We'll, I'll get right down to it, I've seen quite a few Doctors in last 35 years. I thought that i had a good Doctors list going. Now that I have met Doctor Francis I see that his name is now first of all the good Doctors i have met. Outstanding very professional gentleman. I am so happy the VA. Sent me to meet Doctor Francis!!! We are, as humans go, are highly fortunate to have been blessed with Doctor Francis Thank you for all that you have done. Oakbend hospital Richmond Texas. I was surprised to how quite a hospital can be WOW. I found that the staff were friendly and worked well with each other. I enjoyed there help im thankful. Now the food WOW again that was the best hospital food I ever had better than the V A, Houston, better than Fondren clinic, Temple Tx VA, San Antonio VA. Im a happy camper Thanks to all that helped me

Including her name so we can properly search for her treatment plan and outcomes. Unfortunately, nothing in your post gave us great details as to who this is, and we are not finding you as a contact for any patient in our system. We also have no record of flowers being sent or “firing” any patients. So if you can email us we can gather more information. We just want to confirm you have the correct doctor.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and allowing us to respond to it.

      I understand your frustration, and I apologize for any inconvenience. I recently learned about your concern and wanted to address it promptly. Upon reviewing your appointment schedule, I noticed the timeline of your appointments. Your appointment time was at 1030am, MRI at 1240pm, exam start at 1:30pm, and the exam completed at 2:48pm. Dr. Francis discussed the results of your MRI on the same day. He mentioned that the official results would follow on the next day. Please know that to ensure that he managed your concerns promptly, he set your MRI the same day as your consultation. This is not common practice for all speciality doctors. In fact, we have seen where a patient waits upwards of 2 weeks for their follow up MRI. However, he provided an MRI appointment same day along with the full results of your MRI. He further recommended and arranged additional testing to localize your pain more precisely. Which we were waiting on you to complete. I wanted to better understand which additional appointment you were waiting on so we can gain clarification on the subject. We take all of our feedback seriously and seek ways to ether make it right or apologize. So, we ask that a person clarifies their statement or remove the statement.
