Townsen Memorial Surgery Center - Med Center

My experience yesterday was very pleasant. Cannot say enough regarding the nurses, Makayla, Liz, Jazmine and Jason. They all made me very comfortable and really calmed my anxiety. Anesthesiologist Brandon explained the anesthesia to me in a way I could understand and of course Dr Nguyen was terrific as always. Oh I cant forget the reception staff who most helpful, I can only remember Karens name. If I have missed anyones name I am sorry, suffice it to say that all the professionals at this facility were top notch and make a great team.

Lindsey and Angela have made this process as personable and positive as possible. Their friendly faces and professionalism go a long way. I feel less anxious about the experience because I know they will take good care of me!! Thanks ladies

You have an appt and you sit in the waiting room for 2.5 hours.

Been here twice the lack of communication is horrible they dont tell you about your loved one in the back the girls in the front are to busy on snap chat when u ask them to do something they look at you crazy good thing I got my answers from the Dr cause the staff that works there honestly needs to be retrained on customer service
