This facility does not value or care about its patients or their families. We were scheduled for a 12pm appt and because we didnt answer the phone yesterday, they cancelled our appointment. If patients are required to confirm their appointment the day before, why were we not informed of this after the procedure when the appointment was made? All because a Ultrasound Technician wanted to leave early, a patient who was early to their appointment was turned away. Do not come here. The staff has a terrible attitude, and is unwilling to accommodate and rectify situations such as ours the same day and time. We will be asking our nephrologist to stop referring patients here. I say all of this as someone who possesses an MHA with multiple years experience in healthcare operations. Stay. Away. From. Here Edit: we returned for a follow-up procedure on 9/1/22 and waited 2 hours from our appointment time when we were the only patients waiting to be seen. My grandfather is a diabetic and was unable to eat or drink anything all day for this procedure and there was no sense of urgency from the staff.
