The staff and nurses were awesome. Our anesthesiologist Dr. Heerensperger, was AMAZING he treated my daughter like she was his own child. He sang to her as she was being put under. Highly highly recommend!

My 4 year old went in for ear tube placement and adenoid removal at 6:30am and we were home around 10:30am. Super nice staff. The nurses and anesthesiologist were very comforting and can tell they love working with children. No tears before surgery (and she normally is very clingy)!

All I can say about this place are good things.... Customer service was everything to me...!!!! The team here was very nice and polite, they kept me inform about every little detail before my surgery. I had surgery on my right foot last year March 10, 2022 and surgery on my left foot this month June 15, 2023 When I say that I love my doctor AMY RIEDEL... I TURELY MEAN THIS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART .... I give her10 she is so kind and she cares that's what I like about her.... the whole team was just excellent if your ever looking for a GREAT ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR WELL AMY RIEDEL IS WHO YOU NEED TO SEE.....

My son had tonsils removed here and everything went so well , and the nurse Amy was very nice and helpful and so sweet to my son too great job Amy.

Truly the best experience at a medical facility ever. They were quick and so kind. I was with my 14 month old baby, my ENT Dr. Anthis is the best, most patient and kind doctor. I have had many amazing doctors but he tops them all with his kindness. The anesthesiologist Dr. Heerensperger went above and beyond! In my experience they normally take kids and roll them in the bed to the OR but he held my baby and I felt like my son was safe with a doctor who has experience, kids of his own and truly cares. I know that he was cared for and not just another patient for their numbers. All the nurses and staff were extremely patient with a fussy, hungry baby, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable. I was a nervous wreck for the procedure but once Dr. Heerensperger took my son, I just felt at peace that he is in the best hands. Very grateful for amazing physicians, nurses and staff who care so much for their patients and patients families. Update: another great experience there now with my daughter (2.5). I dont think I can properly explain how wonderful the anesthesiologist is! He builds this connection with the kids, and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. I have never met a doctor like him! Truly so impressed and honestly touched. You can really tell how much he loves children! Dr. anthis, the nurses and staff were all just as wonderful as last time. Every person who works there is very kind. So thankful for all of them who made this nerve-racking experience as a parent so much better!
