Good Experience, from front staff to the inside nurses. everyone was helpful. Also, they called me before procedure and after procedure to ask how I'm doing. upper endoscopy was done by Dr. Shahid Ali. his amazing doctor and person. endoscopy was not painful at all.

Doctor's should know that the personnel that works in this place is not ready to treat people like people. Shamika called from this place and offered ZERO help when I asked for a rescheduling, insisted on cancelling the appointment and hung up the call, just to later leave a message saying that I did. Not to mention that the nurses in this place do not speak English, putting patients who do at risk. This place should be call Pearland "Cash-in" Center

This place is SO unorganized its ridiculous. The doctors were great, but the staff who handles appointments and billing are TERRIBLE! Id met my deductible and overpaid. I asked to cancel my payment plan and the lady on the phone was very rude to me and told me I couldnt cancel it because if I overpaid, it wouldnt allow their system to process it. Sounds like a scam to me because how are you not able to cancel it? The disorganization and the rudeness of the staff makes me not want to see the doctor anymore, even though he was great. Dont come to this surgery center. Save yourself the stress
