I have been here a few times. I can't remember how it was because they gave me anesthesia and I was already outside when I woke up.

Day of surgery you are told you have to come up with XX amount of dollars or surgery will be canceled. In my case, it was about $400 that I did not have at the time. Since I had planned on the surgery, I had no choice but to call a friend to borrow it. Seems very deceiving and unethical. All billing-related issues should be discussed at least a week prior to surgery in order to make arrangements.

To day I did my cataract surgery in memorial Herman hospital surgery center south west fwy the front desk lady very busy and she well come every patient with smile she done her job very nice and respected way all the staff is very nice and they take care like family members . I m very thankful to my Dr Jadav he is very professional he completed my surgery with in 10 minutes during surgery he updated me all my procedures he is very nice I have no words .he is perfect for his work and job with dignity and respect Finally I strongly recommend everyone . Five bright stars. My cataract surgery was a good experience due to the very friendly and efficient staff. Every one of them. They were great. The wait before being called in was not very long, and everything progressed smoothly from there. I arrived at 0600 and was back home in Sugar Land at 0830. It is true, if you come unprepared to pay your copay or deductible, it won't be as nice an experience.
