The place is very good, the secretary in front is very friendly, the nurses are very patient with you! Dr Domnguez, thank you for everything, I was very delighted with all of you!

Got a call a few hours before my colonoscopy asking me if I would accept a different doctor for the procedure since Dr Haas hs an emergency to take care of this morning. (He was a the center not performing any emergency when I arrived.) The second doctor did not show after two hours and we (two of us waiting) were asked to reschedule the next morning and fast for another day. Would he make it tomorrow? No amount of good doctor corrects rude! Not normal medical practices.

Dr. Krill and the staff at Memorial Endoscopy Center were very kind and showed great professionalism. I had a follow up question and Rose answered it over the phone. She was friendly, kind and patient with me.

Colonoscopy went smoothly, with good service. Which is a shame, because only a few months afterwards they sent me straight to a credit collection agency for a follow-up bill I had ALREADY PAID over a month prior (only $70...). Just be wary that they don't seem to have the best billing system and can be quite aggressive if they feel you owe them (whether right or wrong). Shouldn't have to spend time dealing with this nonsense and will make me consider whether its worth it to go back here again next time.

Dr. Ellsworth and every staff person was super friendly and very accommodating. The billing department was just fine too. I would highly recommend choosing this facility and staff.
