AHF Wellness Center - Houston

The are so unprofessional and ghetto. The wait time is ridiculous even if you are on time. There are three case managers there that is very inexperienced, meaning they do not assist with anything. They literally just look on google on provide resources, they do not check the resources they provide. I been in the system for a year and have not received any assistance except a 35$ gift card for Kroger. The case managers do not care julia, aailyah and june do not care and you have more chance of getting help if you are Hispanic. The services they say Ryan White help with they do not. I have been homeless, without food and still no help please go somewhere else.

This is my second time coming to this location on Tuesday. They are supposed to be open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. And their walk ins are from 2pm -5pm. This is my second time taking off work to make it to the walk in. And they were closed on both days for training. I don't understand why they can't have the training on another day or say that they're closed on Google. I have been needing to get tested for 3 weeks now. And the free std testing would have really helped me. But it's been 3 weeks now and I will have no choice but to pay for the testing at a different center. Really have inconvenienced me.
