Xin Wang MD-Promt Care Medical Doctors

Dr. Wang is unfriendly and not very professional No empathy or sympathy for the patient. Took my mom there today and his staff didn't know how to take the proper blood pressure. She took it from wrong arm not elevated and clothes still on. I mention it to the Dr. wang he said she had a certificate. He kept talking to my mom knowing she can't speak English well or give name to the medication. Dr. Wang English is not that clear either as I tried to understand him. I m sure there are others that feel this way but they can't complain due to the language barrier. If you can go elsewhere do so. All about the money and poor professionalism.

Decent care, but tried to pressure us into paying a second deductible to receive our EMI, and claimed it would be a violation of HIPAA to give it to us (the opposite of the purpose of HIPAA), then refused to fill out work leave paperwork correctly (after avoiding doing it until the day of the deadline), which left me out of $400 of wages I would be entitled to if I had gone to any other doctor. Update: I was terminated because of the absences that Dr Wang refused to excuse. Thanks a lot.

Bad care from Dr. Wang, no empathy with the patient and I had to find another primary doctor to refer me to the appropriate specialist based on my breathing problem.

"So who's the patient?" was the first question that came out from this supposedly "professional", after waiting for almost an hour. Filled out history but it wasn't reviewed. What's the point? Also has terrible bedside manner. Guess he got too big to care. What a waste of time and money.

Everything is so great. Professional doctor, friendly staffs. Place is clean.
