I began working for Metal Construction Materials and displayed leadership and commitment to my job. I developed new skills and advanced very quickly. As i progressed and my capabilities grew, I had not a doubt in mind this was the company for me! I was dedicated to my roll as being a productive and fruitful asset to the company! It wasn't long before my superior, crew leader, got comfortable, he displayed new characteristics. He would indulge heavily in alcohol and frequently use illegal drugs, these things would very much alter his mood and perception. it wasn't also long after i discovered my superior was "illegally" carrying a fire arm in the work vehicle. Due to these things i believe it affected our relationship quickly, It started small, From him not showing up to work promptly to being extensively late, Myself being asked to drive the company vehicle for short distance to allow my superior to rest, surly this would then turn into me driving the entire way to the destination on several different occasions, As I was eager to learn and prosper with my new skills, I only wanted to keep going, I disregarded many things and saw the bigger picture, Me becoming a foreman, And continuing to produce for the company and make the company profit, Unfortunately, it got to the point often id find myself to be the only one working while my superior would sleep in the company truck, When I began the hiring manager Terry Guererro made it clear it would not be easy to get along with the crew leader David Faz, he would be assigning me to work with however I ensured the were no worries to be of concern, Truthfully I took a lot and agreed with more than enough, I was very patient and courteous to ALL employees, In the end I was terminated, My biggest problem was not getting a minimum of 40 hours a week for this full-time out of town labor intensive position sometimes due to my superior wanting to head back home early so he could use company materials and equipment to do side jobs and indeed this was a problem as it interfered with my ability to receive a full paycheck, as I work hourly, it is no problem for him I even explained to the hiring manager Mr. Guererro because why? He is still accommodated with a full paycheck as he's paid a Salary. As many times as I've read the blueprints it is printed in clear text that it is illegal to copy any of those carport designs without consent, Mind you I'm a father of 4 children working out of town for your company, to be robbed of my earned pay is .... I just don't know the word for it, where is the integrity in that? its undignified. Â I reported to the hiring manager early one morning waiting for my superior to arrive to the company... again. Simply to straighten out some hours, in result I walked away without a job. First Terry lied to me telling me he was letting me go due to a made up story that there was conflict between myself and the foremen on our assigned site and it was reported by project manager or supervisor, however when I quickly objected the statement along with showing in fact I had a wonderful relationship with the site supervisors he went back on his statement and says look I just let 6 people go and unfortunately your being cut to, Not to waste any more time I only agreed to disagree and with no other choice, left. I sacrificed a lot to truly give this company my all, even out working two employees only to be disposed of as trash. I must say also, I find it very strange that in my attempts to reach out to the owner of this business I was shut down and veered away repetitively, As much as I've produced, I'd say I've earned my chance be heard. Thank you for your time to read this. I am an unsatisfied employee who would not recommend this business to anyone to the lack of integrity among the management,

Due to these things i believe it affected our relationship quickly,
It started small,
From him not showing up to work promptly to being extensively late,
Myself being asked to drive the company vehicle for short distance to allow my superior to rest, surly this would then turn into me driving the entire way to the destination on several different occasions,
As I was eager to learn and prosper with my new skills,
I only wanted to keep going,
I disregarded many things and saw the bigger picture,
Me becoming a foreman,
And continuing to produce for the company and make the company profit,
Unfortunately, it got to the point often id find myself to be the only one working while my superior would sleep in the company truck,
When I began the hiring manager Terry Guererro made it clear it would not be easy to get along with the crew leader David Faz, he would be assigning me to work with however I ensured the were no worries to be of concern,
Truthfully I took a lot and agreed with more than enough, I was very patient and courteous to ALL employees,
In the end I was terminated,
My biggest problem was not getting a minimum of 40 hours a week for this full-time out of town labor intensive position sometimes due to my superior wanting to head back home early so he could use company materials and equipment to do side jobs and indeed this was a problem as it interfered with my ability to receive a full paycheck, as I work hourly, it is no problem for him I even explained to the hiring manager Mr. Guererro because why?
