        Unfortunately I think this company is horrible. Every week I have an issue. They dont keep track of payments or calibration dates. The device always reads with a system error or drunk (havent drank in 10 months) They came to my house with out telling me ahead of time and went into my car and calibrated it. As I waited for the whole day for them and called off work. To finally get a returned texted they came. Also everyone you talk to tells you something different. Just be prepared that every drive you take is a mission, your car with give you a lock out almost every week. You will pay more than once a month. And the equipment is very faulty. Thank goodness my probation officer gives me a UA to show Im negative for alcohol bc this device shows Im 10 times over the limit all day everyday.

        I previously had a device with another company that was horrible! I switched over to AA interlock & ever since I havent been disappointed they have great customer service low prices & are patient & understanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has to have a device.

      Daniel has the device with our company for few months now and everything is working fine, except he blames the device for causing his battery not keeping a charge due to battery being over 3 years old and it mean time to get a new one, we explain to him his battery life has been exceeded, its been over 3 years, he need to replace it. that's the the problem solved, we are certified automotive Electrician and Mechanics, We also own and operate automotive repair at different locations.
