Highly satisfied with Ronnie Holden and his crew at Legacy Roofing and Remodeling! We called him this past week for a small stain we noticed in the bedroom ceiling. He came out right away, did a thorough inspection and got it all figured out. Extremely professional, knowledgeable & timely!! They install our roof about two years ago as well and did an excellent job. Ronnie was great helping us through the whole process. He truly cares and is an honest person. I highly recommend them! Ronnie and his Legacy team did an outstanding job replacing my roof due to wind damage that by far exceeded my expectations. Very much appreciate the patience and professionalism throughout the entire process from inspection to install. They were on time and on task. Roofs arent something one typically notices about houses, but my wife came home several times talking about the nice looking Legacy roofs that she was seeing in our neighborhood (Legacy signs in the front yards). Little did she know that I had already been in contact with Ronnie at Legacy Roofing and Remodeling multiple times to have him assess the health of our roof. Ronnie came out multiple times to look at issues with my roof, incl. providing his expert opinion on if I should file a claim for wind / hail damage. When I finally did file a claim, Ronnie came out and walked the roof with the ladder assist company that the insurance company sent to assess my roof. Without Ronnie on site to help point out issues from wind and hail, I dont think the insurance company would have covered any of our roof replacement. Ronnie and team did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. He worked with us over the course of a year, not trying to immediately sell us on a new roof but trying to see how long our current roof would last. We finally pulled the trigger last month. They gave us a very competitive quote, were able to get us scheduled quickly, and then gave us a great new roof in a single day. We had a couple of small areas of touch up after the fact, and Ronnie was great about getting everything looking great. I would highly recommend Legacy. Service: Roofing
