Great views, excellent place to spend a weekend with friends. Extremely clean and staff is very professional. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a NIGHTMARE it is nothing like the Jellystone in Columbus which is lovely. Lets see the list is so long I wouldnt know where to start. I could start with the complete lack of communication and knowledge of the employees. The employee I spoke to on the phone could not tell me our cabin number. She did tell me sheets and towels would be provided as I inquired as I would bring my own if not available. Once arriving in the the early evening cabin wasnt even close to being ready. I waited almost 2 hours then was told no sheets or towels would be provided though I did not pack any as I was previously told they be provided. The entire check in was a debacle. The cashier was so rude to me she even told me I could go stay somewhere else after driving 3 hours to arrive. I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasnt one there and she had no idea when one would be in. As I was standing there a woman walked in the cashier waved to speak to in the office so I asked if she was the manager. The cashier said good luck with that one. I was astounded at the rudeness. If it wasnt already so late from waiting so long and such a long drive we would have left then. They didnt give us our key to the cabin so after waiting almost 2 hours we had to go back to get a key. The cabin was filthy had dirty linens. The neighboring cabin complained of the same. It was so bad the entire experience. We only had a hour to swim after all the nonsense with the front desk. The towels smelled as I suspect they were dirty as they said they had no towels till I expressed how upset I was as I was told they had some. The manager refused to rectify the situation. To top it all off in the morning we saw the bed at bed bugs. We communicated this to the employee who said nothing. I will be contacting the BBB, health department, and the bed bug registry. Nicole the manager should be fired from complete lack of professionalism. There are so many wonderful campgrounds I recommend over this one.
