We rented from them for almost 4 years, every time we needed something fix or help with something related to the appartment we got the job done quickly or the help needed and that made the situation easy going. The only reason we moved was that my new job is to far away from the place we were renting from them.

I was in transition with housing and BCVM & Jennifer rented to me month to month. It was an exceptional experience leasing one of their properties. Move in was clean and easy with zero issues. I had three small problems while I was there which I thought for sure would take a few days to resolve. Jennifer either had someone there the next day or showed up to understand and remedy the problems herself. I didnt even get that kind of service in an apartment. If I ever found myself in a transitional state again I wouldnt hesitate to lease from BCVM or Jennifer again. I also would have no qualms recommending them to my friends, family and associates. I cant thank her enough for helping me and making a sudden life-change so much easier.

I was a tenant of one of their properties for 3 years. I paid rent on time, kept the unit in "immaculate" condition, and was very low maintenance. Upon moving out, Jennifer Welborn, the owner, decided to withhold my security deposit refund for well over 60 days (a violation of a contractual agreement) - and then after having to threaten to file suit to recover my security deposit, I was refunded an amount far less than what was expected. I figure purely out of spite, seeing as I had to threaten suit, and she finally HAD to attempt to refund my security deposit. Jennifer Welborn is absolutely unjust, and unfair. You should avoid dealing with her at all costs. This was her first time being a landlord, and should certainly be her last. You do NOT treat "amazing" tenants that go out of their way for you, like this. Jennifer Welborn should be absolutely ashamed of herself!
