        I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I have received an amount due with all my information on it for a service I NEVER got. I have never used this company, never had an image or the issue they say I came in for. I have been reaching out for 3 months now with no resolve. They are trying to damage my credit by sending a $4K bill to collections for a service I did not get. Not only is it illegal and fraudulent, but it also goes against HIPPA rights too. If Memorial Hermann suggest them as a place to work with that is contracted through their network, DECLINE.DO NOT USE SYNERGY RADIOLOGY!

        Scam. Fraud. Dont click on the link. Reply stop to get them to quit texting and block their number. IDK how they have peoples medical records but thats illegal as is sending a text saying you need to pay a medical bill is super scammy. All medical bills should be paper or done through the provider app. Report this company. Do not pay this company anything. Ever. They are scammers.

        I can't give you zero or I would. Your a joke and nothing but a scam. Call and got 3 different numbers to pay and none was the same as bill sent.

        This is scam!!! I did mamograms check up at Memorial Herman which my insurance paid in full I suddenly received a bill from them after a month. I've never deal with this company nor heard about them. I called Memorial Herman they said they do not know what is that. WTH!

        So annoying that I have to deal with these people and not being able to get straight answers. First, I get a bill in December. I reached out to them in January about this because something wasn't adding up. They told me there is nothing due. So if there was nothing due why did you reach out to me? I called again to ensure and they said the balance was adjusted. I asked for a confirmation email with the details and I received NO email despite them saying they sent it. I tried emailing that clientrelations email address and zero response. This place is a disaster and I cannot get a straight answer! A scam through and through.IF YOU READ, I SAID I SENT AN EMAIL. Stop copying and pasting and READ.
