Same as the other reviews, I never recieved a bill for services and now I have a collections agency calling and it has negatively affected my credit. I have called and they had me calling different numbers and never getting the problem fixed. AVOID this place, if possible. Would give zero stars but that's not an option.

Be careful with the billing part. They took down the wrong insurance information and I had to pay a collection agency $450. I already paid over $350 out of pocket for an mri. They called me over the phone to correct the insurance information but they obviously never did since the charge still went to collections
