Rose Imaging Specialists - Administrative Office

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Had a procedure in January, never received a bill, then suddenly today I get a notice that it's been reported to a collections agency. Customer service is worthless, couldn't even find my account. Sorry, a little late to help me now...I already paid the collections people the full amount. Same billing issue as previous customers. 0 contact from them afterward routine mammogram and now collection/ recovery agency is calling. I cant get anyone on the phone here AND the last name the collection agency has isnt mine but it was processed through my insurance. Two codes used and only one is covered by my insurance. You can see other customers had the same issue. Wish I checked reviews before going here. Absolutely wild. I have received no letters, bills, emails, or phone calls from the rose imaging.

Rose Imaging AKA Solis Mammography - stay away from them if you possibly can they are money grubbing jerks and their customer service couldn't be worse if it was handled by Orangutans - no offense intended to Orangutans! Update 06/21/2023 - About 1 month ago I received a 'response from the owner' that I think shows below my original review. I was not content to do anything over the phone with this company based on my prior experience. I wrote them a fair angry letter describing my experiences with their company and their customer service staff, including the fact, despite assurances to the contrary by one of their billing supervisors; I was turned over to a collection agency. I also stated fairly clearly that I felt like this matter went way beyond me talking to an Office Manager. To date, I have not had any response from Rose Imaging's billing people and the collection agency just keeps calling. I have reported them to the Attorney General of the State of Texas and I am considering filing complaints with all of their licensing and accreditation agencies. If they are treating me like this, what are they doing to the person who does not question, call, or write letters?

I received a letter for a bill that was sent to collections for $42.84. I never received any bills, this is the first notice for the amount owed. This company is horrible!
