Ive had three children attending this wonderful school since they were each 18 months old. We love the staff (especially Ms. Maria, Ms. Terri and Ms. Marshall) and community and could not be happier with the level of care provided.

My daughter attended the school for almost a year. The school is great in many aspects: children are happy and teachers are professionals. On top of it- you get absolutely great administrative office that is ready to answer your questions, concerns any minute. They are nice and respectful. Kudos to Mrs Marshall and Mrs Jannet- they are talented teachers and have an approach to every single child. I am sure the rest of the teachers are the same. Clean environment, good engagement between parents and teachers. I wish we could stay with the school but we had to move to a different area. Thank you for being there for us!

I am an educator and my child is a student at Smaller Scholars. I'm so impressed each day I walk through the building for pick up and drop off. Like the day I toured, the children - no matter the age or classroom - are consistently calm, focused, happy, learning and practicing age-appropriate independence. It's so impressive. Not many, including in education, believe young children can successfully participate in structured independence with teacher support but Smaller Scholars is proving it can be done and so eloquently with the Montessori method. It's not completely noiseless or frigid like some might expect. The environment is peaceful, calm and there is a productive hum. Everday. This structure requires well supported teachers, a lot of work from teachers and administration, and a system in place that is commited to this philosophy. The daily environment is proof they are putting their efforts and heart into what they believe and to what they committed. Academically, their priority is mastery that starts from a very organic, exploratory and conceptual foundation. Research supports this and it's how I teach! Most importantly, my child loves our teacher, Mrs. Maria. She has been there for many years and it shows. Relationship is most important and it has ensured my child's growth and overall happiness in school. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. It's a beautiful place and they are doing a great work. Glad we found you!

This is an absolutely amazing school. When I first looked at all the schools in the area, this school stood out above the rest. The teachers are engaged, happy and most of all utilize true Montessori philosophy vs many imitations that are out there. My son started when he was 2 years old in Ms Yasmine & Ms Batonya's class. He thrived and learned so much that he moved up to primary with ease. They were absolutely wonderful, caring teachers who informed us everything that was going on and my son always missed them if they were ever away! They also were fantastic as we started in the middle of the pandemic and made the transition as best as it could be in such a crazy time! We then moved up to primary where he has had Ms. Elena and Ms. Angie. Both of them have been phenomenal, my son has literally transformed in their class from a shy boy to much more confident and even teaching me things. He always calls them his best friends too so I know he's happy to be there! We are moving out of the area so we will miss the school tremendously and it will be hard for any school to live up to this one!
