Our family has been with Kids R Kids since January 2021 and they have been an amazing addition to our family. We always know our babies are in good hands and our daughter was very well prepared going into kindergarten this year. Thank you Kids R Kids!!!

My youngest attended KRK West Houston from the age of 3 months until pre-k. It was my first experience with daycare, and I was initially nervous. However, the lovely staff at KRK was always quick to address any concerns and was excellent in communication. The curriculum they use is exceptional. They prioritize fostering kindness among friends, with education as a close second. Children, including babies, are read to daily and sign language is frequently incorporated. Learning is never seen as a chore, but rather as a fun activity that leads to educational growth. My daughter started Kindergarten in the fall of 2023, and she was well prepared. The foundation KRK-WH laid out has helped her reading take off. She is reading first grade chapter books now! She still talks about her teachers and we have visited once as she misses them terribly. I will always be grateful to KRK-WH for providing a safe space for her to learn, grow and socialize.

My oldest child has been attending Kids R Kids for just over 5 years now and our second little recently joined as well. Prior to starting, my husband and I were very honest about the special dietary needs and health needs of our children as we wanted to be perfectly clear that a misstep with food could be life-threatening. As new parents, we will say that it was crushing to send our 13 month old to daycare, but it was time based on our family's situation. It was an adjustment, but my munchkin absolutely thrived. The staff have grown with our oldest child through each classroom and development stage thus far. They are now doing the same with our middle and soon our youngest. We parents knew what we had been doing at home to help our children, but they did so much to help our children and help us feel at ease with leaving them at school knowing they would be taken care of. They even went so far as to make suggestions for clothing when our oldest was having an allergic reaction and they never hesitated to call and inform us as parents of any issue with our children. When a health emergency happened with our oldest, we were so grateful for the fast action taken by the KRK staff to ensure our child was safe. From that point forward, the director, Ms. Valerie, Ms. Christina, and staff came up with a protocol to prevent any further allergic reactions or potential contact that could jeopardize our child's safety. Again, I don't know that this is standard as much as it is going above and beyond for a child's safety and health. As my children have gotten older and moved classrooms, the KRK staff has continued to put protocols in place to maintain my children's safety. As parents who know the risk of anaphylaxis, we are beyond grateful for the care and support we receive from KRK. Even my munchkin's heightened curiosity is welcomed with support and open arms. Starting kinder, our oldest was much further along than their peers with the foundation provided at KRK. They were able to read before starting kinder and had already received the core information taught in kinder and through the first half of 1st grade while in the KRK Pre-K program. Our current observation shows that our middle is definitely on the same learning track. For any parent sending their child to daycare/preschool, it's important to remember that no one and no child care facility is going to be you - the parent - but in my experience, this KRK team has been giving as close to the care of mom and dad that we could ask for. My baby girl had started here when she had just made 3. I was very nervous as to she had never been away from me but she loved it and the entire staff loves her which made me very comfortable. It is currently her 1st year in grade school now but during holidays, she goes as a drop in and they still treat us with love. She truly misses it but shes growing and thriving and had to move on. Shell be 6 in June but Kids R Kids will always be in our hearts, especially my daughters. She doesnt let us forget it lol. Very great school choice for your kiddos if youre looking. Not to mention, the facility is also very clean and well kept up.
